Bryan Sinnett

A North Carolina native through and through, Bryan enjoys an innate knowledge of, and love for Raleigh. After graduating from North Carolina State University, Bryan was encouraged by a close family friend to achieve his real estate license in 2003, and has since been buying, selling, and investing in residential real estate throughout the Triangle for the better part of two decades.
An avid big game fisherman, mountain biker, and distance runner, these disciplined athletic pursuits outside the office are a large influence on his dogged work ethic, but Bryan’s gift for customer service and his hands-on approach are what have led to multiple long-lasting client relationships. He understands that listening, and paying close attention to details are the key components to ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
Bryan’s unparalleled commitment to his clients has led to awards such as the Chairman's Club Team Award in 2016, 2017, and 2018, inclusion in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Platinum Club, and a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.

Lesley Ann Nance

Lesley is originally from Novi, Michigan and received her BA in Education from Western Michigan University. Upon completion, her desire for warmer weather and a teaching opportunity brought her to the lovely Triangle area of North Carolina.
Lesley worked as an educator for 6 years in the North Carolina public school system before deciding to follow in the footsteps of her beloved grandparents and pursue a career in real estate. Both of her grandparents were RE/MAX agents for over 30 years.
Lesley has fond memories helping host open houses with her grandmother from the young age of eight all the way into her teenage years. Lesley often thought of real estate while teaching, her return to real-estate fulfilled her long-time desire to continue their legacy.
Lesley thoroughly enjoys connecting with her clients and developing the personal relationships that come from helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Helping her clients find the right home is her passion, and her excellent service and warm personality are endearing to every client she meets.
Lesley currently resides in Apex with her husband, two sons and not to be left out, the family dog. In her spare time, Lesley enjoys running, yoga, and spending time with her family.
